Couch To 5K – Week 7 Day 3

Unusual run this morning as I typically never work out on Sundays. I needed to squeeze day 3 in and was running out of time, so Sunday it was, continued on to Northridge afterwards. It was also a different run as this is the first time I drove the the Eastside YMCA, ran outside, and then checked in. I basically only used the YMCA as a start/stop point and shower. I did some bad math while running and turned around too soon, not trusting the Couch To 5K app. Here are the details for those with RunKeeper. Simple details:
