Couch To 5K – Week 8 Day 2

I am not sure if I should blame technology on this one or just not having an arm band. It was too nice out to not run outside, so I went to the Eastside YMCA, checked in to get my gym attendance and went out for a run. Somewhere along the way the Couch To 5K app paused, but that didn’t really affect the route chosen. The lesson learned today was always measure a route before deciding to run it. The total distance ended up being 4.76 miles but the last 0.76 was all walking/cool down. If you have RunKeeper, check out the details here.
