Couch to 5K – Week 1 Day 1

This was day 1. New shoes, new socks and a quick realization I didn’t know how to turn the treadmill on. I have no idea how far I went in this first run because I didn’t save the information quick enough off the treadmill. I would guess it was about 2 miles, 200 calories and I know it was 30 minutes.

The run overall left me feeling good, confident and ready for more running. Other than tracking and technology issues, I couldn’t ask for a better first day trying running again.
